Wed, 19 April 2006 ![]() In this podcast for kids by Robin And The Giant the theme is about learning and having fun learning. The program begins when the Giant brings in seven puppies to show to Robin. Unlike the other podcasts for kids that Robin And The Giant have published, this one has no story. Just dialogue and songs. Each song teaches a little simple lesson like the alphabet, the names of the planets, the colors of the rainbow, the vowels, and a few other songs that are thrown in "just for fun". Of course, there is the song "Seven Puppies", also. By the way, this podcast for children was created from a tape recording of a radio program first broadcast on March 13, 1994. The tape itself has deteriorated a little so you may notice a few unavoidable "glitches" in the sound. We just wanted you to know that the file is OK and that your I-Pod is OK. (Phew!) The new book of stories by Robin And The Giant is now available! It is titled "The Gift Of The Barking Frog And Other Gifts From The Heart". It is on the internet at http://www.lulu.com/quillandkeyboard
